Healing cold

With our "Healing cold" package, you can enjoy ten treatments in the whole-body cold chamber - an intensive experience that is far more than just cold. At temperatures of up to -110 °C, your body is specifically stimulated to activate natural healing processes. Whether for pain relief, regeneration after sport or simply for a noticeable boost of energy: the controlled cold gently but effectively brings you into balance.

Accompanied by our medical specialists, you will experience each treatment safely and individually tailored - for greater well-being, new vitality and a soothing break from everyday life.

The sequence of your visit to the whole-body cold chamber:

1) Preparation:
You enter the chamber in swimwear, thick socks, sturdy shoes and with gloves, mouth and ear protection.

2) Gradual cooling:
Pre-chamber 1: -10 °C (approx. 30 seconds)
Pre-chamber 2: -60 °C (approx. 30 seconds)
Main chamber: -110 °C (2.5 to 3.5 minutes)

3) During therapy:
You move slowly in the therapy room. You have visual contact with our medical staff at all times and can communicate via an intercom system. Your stay can be cancelled at any time.
