With our ‘Healing Cold’ package, you can enjoy ten sessions in the full-body cold chamber – an intense experience that is far more than just cold. At temperatures as low as –110 °C, your body is specifically stimulated to activate natural healing processes. Whether for pain relief, recovery after exercise or simply for a noticeable boost in energy: the controlled cold gently but effectively restores your balance.

Under the supervision of our medical professionals, you’ll experience each session safely and with a personalised approach – for greater well-being, renewed vitality and a soothing break from everyday life.

The procedure for your visit to the whole-body cold chamber:

1) Preparation:
You enter the chamber wearing swimwear, thick socks, sturdy shoes, gloves, a face mask and ear protection.

2) Gradual cooling:
Pre-chamber 1: –10 °C (approx. 30 seconds)
Pre-chamber 2: –60 °C (approx. 30 seconds)
Main chamber: –110 °C (3 minutes)

3) During the treatment:
You move around slowly within the treatment room. You maintain visual contact with our medical staff at all times. They can communicate via an intercom. The session can be stopped at any time.
